瑞安建業(00983.HK)料去年綜合淨溢利增長至4,500萬元
瑞安建業(00983.HK)公布,至去年12月底止年度,綜合淨溢利增長至約4,500萬元,而2019年度綜合淨溢利700萬元。
公司指,增長主因下半年人民幣兌港元大幅升值,為2020年度帶來匯兌收益約1.5億元,以及在香港政府「保就業」計劃下取得補助。但有關正面影響將會因集團預期於中國內地投資物業的公平值進一步下調而導致2020年度該等物業的公平值虧損(經扣除遞延稅項撥備後)由2020年中期錄得的3,800 萬元虧損再增加而被大部份抵銷,相對於2019年度公平值收益則為3,900萬元。
