格隆匯1月7日丨百仕達控股(1168.HK)低開低走,現暴跌31.58%,報0.325港元,總市值11.5億港元。百仕達控股昨晚宣佈5供4供股集資,發行不少於12.72億股及不超過29.24億股,供股價0.28港元,估計集資3.562億至8.187億港元。每股供股價較昨日收市價折讓41.05%。該公司表示,集資所得擬用於進一步投資金融科技業務、償還債務及一般營運資金。控股股東Asia Pacific已承諾按比例供股。
