格隆匯 1 月 5日丨新紐科技(09600.HK)發佈公吿，公司全球發售2億股股份，其中香港公開發售股份1億股，國際發售股份1億股，另有15%超額配股權；發售價釐定為每股發售股份4.36港元，每手買賣單位800股；未來金融為獨家保薦人，預期股份將於2020年1月6日於聯交所主板掛牌上市。
國際發售項下初步提呈發售的發售股份獲踴躍超額認購，國際發售項下獲認購的國際發售股份總數(即合共4.34億股發售股份)約為國際發售項下初步可供認購的國際發售股份的2.4倍。香港公開發售項下初步提呈發售的香港公開發售股份獲極大幅超額認購。根據香港公開發售已收到共337,011份有效申請，申請合共89.31億股香港公開發售股份，相當於香港公開發售項下初步可供認購的香港公開發售股份的約446.57倍。
按每股發售股份4.36港元的發售價計算及根據與基石投資者訂立的基石投資協議，基石投資者認購的發售股份數目現已確定。弘毅金湧已認購1300.72萬股，而財通基金已認購804.48萬股，共計2105.2萬股發售股份，合共相當於全球發售項下發售股份數目的約10.52%；國際發售股份數目的約11.7%；及全球發售完成後公司已發行股本總數的約2.62%(不計及公司因超額配股權獲行使而可能發行的任何股份)。
按每股發售股份4.36港元的發售價計算，經扣除與全球發售相關的包銷費用及佣金以及本公司應付的估計開支(不計及公司因超額配股權獲行使而可能發行的任何股份)後，公司將取得的全球發售所得款項淨額估計約為7.716億港元。其中，該等所得款項淨額約80.0%將用於開發新解決方案及升級現有解決方案，方法為吸引產品及設備以及投資於與業內專家及機構合作；約10.0%將用於加大公司的銷售及營銷力度；及約10.0%將用於運營資金及其他一般企業用途。
