第一太平(00142.HK)印附屬SIMP近4.5億元增資MSA
第一太平(00142.HK)公布,印尼上市附屬SIMP認購MSA新股,現金代價8,068.97億印尼盾(約4.45億港元)。完成後,SIMP於MSA持股將增至80%,公司將於MSA擁有約23.9%的間接權益。
MSA於南蘇門答臘擁有及管理面積約1.3萬公頃之油棕櫚種植園業務活動,並經營一個年產能43.2萬噸之鮮果實串加工設施。
目前,Indofood間接持有SIMP約59.6%權益,公司則持有Indofood約50.1%權益。
