雅克科技(002409.SZ)：成都科美特年產1.2萬噸電子級六氟化硫和年產2000噸半導體用電子級四氟化碳生產線技改項目取得環評批覆
格隆匯 1 月 4日丨雅克科技(002409.SZ)公佈，公司分別於2020年9月11日、2020年9月30日經過公司第五屆董事會第三次會議、2020年第一次臨時股東大會審議通過了《關於公司符合非公開發行股票條件的議案》、《關於公司非公開發行股票方案的議案》等議案，同意公司通過非公開發行股票計劃募集資金總額不超過12億元(含本數)，並將扣除發行費用後的募集資金擬投入子公司浙江華飛電子基材有限公司(“華飛電子”)新一代大規模集成電路封裝專用材料國產化項目、子公司成都科美特特種氣體有限公司(“成都科美特”)年產12000噸電子級六氟化硫和年產2000噸半導體用電子級四氟化碳生產線技改項目、子公司江蘇先科半導體新材料有限公司(“江蘇先科”)新一代電子信息材料國產化項目-光刻膠及光刻膠配套試劑等建設項目固定資產投資和補充公司流動資金。
上述擬募投項目中，成都科美特年產12000噸電子級六氟化硫和年產2000噸半導體用電子級四氟化碳生產線技改項目於2021年1月4日取得了成都市生態環境局出具的成環評審[2021]1號《成都市生態環境局關於成都科美特特種氣體有限公司年產12000噸電子級六氟化硫和年產2000噸半導體用電子級四氟化碳生產線技改項目環境影響報吿書的審查批覆》，該批覆認為，項目符合國家產業政策和相關規劃，在全面落實報吿書和本批覆提出的各項生態保護及污染防治措施的前提下，項目建設對環境的不利影響可得到減緩和控制。
截止公吿披露日，上述擬募投項目中，江蘇先科新一代電子信息材料國產化項目已經取得無錫市行政審批局出具的錫行審環許[2020]2437號《關於江蘇先科半導體新材料有限公司新一代電子信息材料國產化項目環境影響報吿表的批覆》，該批覆從環保角度考慮，同意江蘇先科半導體新材料有限公司按照《新一代電子信息材料國產化項目環境影響報吿表》所述內容建設；浙江華飛電子基材有限公司新一代大規模集成電路封裝專用材料國產化項目已經取得湖州市生態環境局出具的湖新區環建[2020]20號《關於浙江華飛電子基材有限公司新一代大規模集成電路封裝專用材料國產化項目環境影響報吿表的審查意見》，同意浙江華飛電子基材有限公司按照《環評報吿表》所列項目性質、規模、地點、環保對策措施及要求實施項目建設。
