《即日市评》恒指新年首交易日扬 友邦港交所闯高
受友邦(01299.HK)及科技股带动下,港股今日2021年首个交易日上扬。美股在2020年最後一个交易日造好,道指涨近0.7%,市场关注中美关系发展,纽约交易所对3家中国电信公司(包括中移动(00941.HK)、联通(00762.HK)及中电信(00728.HK))启动除牌程序,执笔之时美汇指数跌0.5%至89.52,美股道指期货最新升97点或0.3%,纳指期货最新升0.4%。中国去年12月财新制造业PMI按月回落至53低於预期,离岸人民币突破6.45关口创2018年6月以来新高,人民币即期收升770点至6.4628兑一美元创逾30个月新高,上证综指重上3,500点关,全日升0.9点或0.9%收3,502,深证成指扬2.5%,内地创业板指数涨3.8%,沪深两市成交额共1.16万亿人民币。
恒指今日反覆向上,恒指低开144点後掉头向上,曾高见27,502点升271点,全日升241点或0.9%,收27,472点;国指跌15点或0.1%,收10,722点;恒生科技指数升63点或0.8%,收8,489点。大市全日成交总额增至1,826.41亿元。沪、深港通南下交易录得净流入金额分别为70.07亿及67.54亿元人民币。
友邦(01299.HK)破顶升3.7%收98.55元,港交所(00388.HK)股价破顶升近4%收441.8元。
【友邦港交所 小米齐新高】
科技股走个别,阿里巴巴(09988.HK)股价走低2.2%收227.6元,美团(03690.HK)股价走低0.7%,腾讯(00700.HK)股价升1.5%,而小米(01810.HK)破顶抽高6.2%收35.25元。
银河-联昌证券近日发表报告,重申对小米「收集」投资评级,上调对其目标价至38.42元,相当预测2022年市盈率34倍,较内地互联网同业估值有10%溢价,并调高对其2020年至2022年每股盈利预测各2.5%、11%及8.4%,基於付运较高预期,以反映公司在全球智能手机市场份额的提升,料小米2021年智能手机付运量将按年增长40%至2.1亿部。
【 内银内房弱】
港股今日市宽向好,主板股票的升跌比率为25比21(上日为28比15),上升股份1,003只(升幅3.9%),恒指成份股今日33只股份上升,下跌股份17只,升跌比率为63比33(上日为51比44);大市今日录沽空亿元,占可沽空股份成亿元的%(上日为%)。
内银及内房股造淡,建行(00939.HK)及工行(01398.HK)股价各走低2%及3.6%,招行(03968.HK)走低4.1%,碧桂园(02007.HK)及华润置地(01109.HK)股价各下滑5%及3.2%,融创中国(01918.HK)股价走低5.4%。中金发表报告表示,人行和中国银保监会近日发布《关於建立银行业金融机构房地产贷款集中度管理制度的通知》,分五档对银行业金融机构房地产贷款占比和个人住房贷款占比设定上限,并对超限银行设置2至4年调整过渡期。
中金指,相关《通知》提出内银涉房贷款集中度分档管理制度并设置业务调整过渡期,有助於内房行业长期平稳健康发展,新规并非针对房企融资端的进一步全面收紧,行业集中度料将加速提升。
据中金银行组测算,房地产贷款规模占比约七成的35家上市银行中7家单指标超限(其中2家个人住房贷款占比超限,5家房地产贷款占比超限),5家双指标均超限。该行认为这一房地产贷款管理新规在长期维度有助於房地产贷款头寸平稳地向头部银行集聚,促进房地产市场平稳健康发展。
