海大集團(002311.SZ)：核心團隊員工持股計劃權益歸屬及二期計劃鎖定期屆滿
格隆匯 1 月 4日丨海大集團(002311.SZ)公佈，2020年12月31日核心團隊員工持股計劃管理委員會審議通過了持股計劃之二期計劃專項基金權益第三個歸屬期權益及本期持股計劃解鎖的議案，確定持股計劃之二期計劃專項基金權益持有人第三個歸屬期對應的股票份額為上述專項基金所購公司股票190.84萬股的30%(即572,531股)，並通過內部登記確認方式分別歸屬至全體持有人名下，其中董事及高級管理人員田麗、程琦、錢雪橋、楊少林、黃志健、劉國祥、江謝武、米國成、陳中柱共歸屬44.65萬股，其他核心員工共歸屬12.6萬股。自籌資金權益對應的股票份額2,477,750股在第三個歸屬日以自籌資金持有人實際繳款份額及比例進行歸屬，其中董事及高級管理人員田麗、程琦、錢雪橋、楊少林、黃志健、劉國祥、江謝武、米國成、陳中柱共歸屬158.58萬股，其他核心員工共歸屬891,990股。
截至2020年12月31日，持股計劃之二期計劃所對應的股票份額438.62萬股已全部完成歸屬，權益歸屬與持股計劃之二期計劃一致。
2020年12月31日核心團隊員工持股計劃管理委員會審議通過了持股計劃之三期計劃專項基金權益第二個歸屬期權益歸屬的議案，確定持股計劃之三期計劃專項基金權益持有人第二個歸屬期對應的股票份額為上述專項基金所購公司股票88.85萬股的30%，即26.66萬股，並通過內部登記確認方式分別歸屬至全體持有人名下，其中董事及高級管理人員田麗、程琦、錢雪橋、楊少林、黃志健、劉國祥、江謝武、米國成、陳中柱共歸屬218,550股，其他核心員工共歸屬4.8萬股。
截至公吿日，持股計劃持有公司股份均未出現或用於抵押、質押、擔保等情形；未出現持股計劃持有人之外的第三人對持股計劃的股票和資金提出權利主張的情形。
2020年12月31日核心團隊員工持股計劃管理委員會審議通過了持股計劃之二期計劃專項基金權益第三個歸屬期權益及本期持股計劃解鎖的議案。2020年12月31日，持股計劃首期計劃鎖定期屆滿，解鎖條件達成，自2020年12月31日起，對應的資產管理計劃項下的全部標的股票438.62萬股即可流通交易，佔公司總股本0.26%。
