《新股消息》據報滴滴出行擬今年在港上市 估值最多800億美元
據內地媒體報道,中國網約車企業滴滴出行計劃於今年進行IPO,上市地或將選擇香港,目標估值介乎600至800億美元,公司目前正與高盛及摩通等接洽。
據悉在去年的疫情衝擊下,滴滴出行的訂單量曾跌至1,000萬宗以下,滴滴出行在私募市場的部分股票交易價遠不及2017年時的560億美元估值,更有大型基金在去年以350億美元估值的價格收購公司部分股份。
另外,較早時有傳美團(03690.HK)有意收購滴滴出行,但有消息人士表示報道不實,雙方沒有正式進行洽商。
