新年伊始,發展商即部署推售豪宅新盤。長實集團(01113.HK)旗下西半山波老道21 BORRETT ROAD第1期剛上載樓書,料短期開售。
項目前身為公務員宿舍,由長實於2011年6月投得。第1期涉及3幢住宅大廈,提供115伙,實用面積介乎2,075至3,378平方呎,主要提供四房及五房單位。
按1期樓書顯示,單位以「1號及2號」、「3號及5號」、「6號及7號」細分,第1期已於2018年9月獲批預售樓花同意書,同時屋宇署已批出入伙紙,項目現樓發售。
