集一控股(01495.HK)與債券持有人達成共識,延長尚未行使可換股債券到期日,由2020年12月24日,延長六個月至2021年6月24日。
公司指,建議延長乃由公司與尚未行使債券持有人經公平磋商後達致。延長到期日將令公司於規劃財務資源時享有更多靈活性,原因為其令公司應用財務資源為經營及/或業務發展撥付資金,而毋須於2020年12月24日前償付尚未行使可換股債券,為股東帶來最大的回報。
