中國華君(00377.HK)附屬拖欠1.46億人幣遭發索賠要求
中國華君(00377.HK)公布,2020年10月江蘇江南農村商業銀行於常州市中級人民法院就涉嫌因拖欠總本金約1.46億元人民幣(下同)及相關利息而違反若干貸款協議,向公司之附屬華君常州發出及存檔索賠要求。於公告日該等貸款之未償還本金近2億元。
於上述法律程序尚處於初期階段及第一次法庭聆訊將於2021年12月22日舉行,董事會認為於此初始階段評估其對公司的潛在影響尚不可行,於新型冠狀病毒病的突然爆發,公司就該貸款的償還計劃和安排被延誤,有信心妥善解決有關事項。(el/w) ~
