达芙妮(00210.HK)附属向政府出售土地料录8,570万人币收益
达芙妮国际(00210.HK)公布,根据福建省政府及莆田市政府的相关土地规划要求,公司全资附属大盛於上周五(1日)与莆田市荔城区政府订立土地徵收协议,据此,莆田市荔城区政府将徵收、而大盛将交出所徵收土地及物业,莆田市荔城区政府须向大盛支付补偿总额1.1亿元人民币(下同)。
公司表示,料相关出售将产生8,570万元收益,出售所得款项净额料为6,620万元,其中60%将用於结算应付供应商的贸易和其他应付账款,10%将用於品牌广告及推广费用,其余30%将用作一般营运资金。
