格隆匯 1 月 3日丨東方園林(002310.SZ)公佈，公司於2020年12月31日召開的第七屆董事會第十四次會議審議通過了《關於變更公司經營範圍的議案》。為適應公司業務需要，公司擬對經營範圍進行變更。
變更前的經營範圍為：水污染治理；研究、開發、種植、銷售、養護園林植物；園林環境景觀的設計、園林綠化工程和園林維護；銷售建築材料、園林機械設備、體育用品、花卉、日用品、電子產品、計算機、軟件及輔助設備、工藝品、玩具、文具用品；技術開發；投資與資產管理；企業管理服務；汽車尾氣治理；煙氣治理；廢氣治理；大氣污染治理；噪聲、光污染治理；輻射污染治理；地質災害治理；固體廢棄物污染治理；出租辦公用房；工程勘察設計；測繪服務；規劃管理；遊覽景區管理；社會經濟諮詢；體育運動項目經營(高危運動項目除外)；承辦展覽展示；組織文化藝術交流活動；市場調查；設計、製作、代理、發佈廣吿；旅遊信息諮詢；旅遊資源開發；技術服務；計算機系統服務；企業策劃；產品設計；電腦圖文設計、製作；電腦動畫設計；技術諮詢；工程管理服務；企業管理諮詢；以下項目限外埠分支機構經營：林木育苗、花卉種植。(企業依法自主選擇經營項目，開展經營活動；測繪服務以及依法須經批准的項目，經相關部門批准後依批准的內容開展經營活動；不得從事本市產業政策禁止和限制類項目的經營活動。)
變更後的經營範圍為：水污染治理；研究、開發、種植、銷售、養護園林植物；園林環境景觀的設計、園林綠化工程和園林維護；銷售建築材料、園林機械設備、體育用品、花卉、日用品、電子產品、計算機、軟件及輔助設備、工藝品、玩具、文具用品；技術開發；投資與資產管理；企業管理服務；汽車尾氣治理；煙氣治理；廢氣治理；大氣污染治理；噪聲、光污染治理；輻射污染治理；地質災害治理；固體廢棄物污染治理；出租辦公用房；工程勘察設計；測繪服務；規劃管理；遊覽景區管理；社會經濟諮詢；體育運動項目經營(高危運動項目除外)；承辦展覽展示；組織文化藝術交流活動；市場調查；設計、製作、代理、發佈廣吿；旅遊信息諮詢；旅遊資源開發；技術服務；計算機系統服務；企業策劃；產品設計；電腦圖文設計、製作；電腦動畫設計；技術諮詢；工程管理服務；企業管理諮詢；銷售化工產品(不含危險化學品)、橡膠製品、塑料製品。以下項目限外埠分支機構經營：林木育苗、花卉種植。(企業依法自主選擇經營項目，開展經營活動；測繪服務以及依法須經批准的項目，經相關部門批准後依批准的內容開展經營活動；不得從事本市產業政策禁止和限制類項目的經營活動。)
上述變更事項尚需提交公司股東大會審議通過。變更後的公司經營範圍最終以工商部門核准為準。
