格隆匯 1 月 3日丨賽隆藥業(002898.SZ)公佈,公司擬向交通銀行股份有限公司珠海新城支行申請人民幣2億元的綜合授信額度,授信期限為1年。公司實際控制人蔡南桂和唐霖提供連帶責任保證擔保,公司及子公司不為實際控制人蔡南桂和唐霖提供反擔保,不產生任何擔保相關費用。
在授信額度範圍內,公司將根據需要辦理具體業務,最終發生額以實際簽署合同為準。在授信期限內,融資額度可循環使用,且授權公司董事長辦理本次授信融資事宜和簽署有關合同和文件。
