振德醫療(603301.SH)：子公司擬投資醫用繃帶生產線搬遷擴產升級項目 項目總投資3.34億元
格隆匯12月31日丨振德醫療(603301.SH)公佈，根據公司戰略規劃和經營發展需要，為有效整合並擴大公司旗下醫用繃帶類產品生產供應能力，降低製造成本，提升生產效率，滿足不斷增長的市場和業務需求，公司全資子公司安徽振德擬投資醫用繃帶生產線搬遷擴產升級項目，對除公司全資子公司河南振德醫療用品有限公司外的公司旗下醫用繃帶相關生產線進行搬遷及擴產升級，項目總投資合計3.34億元。
用於此次投資項目建設用地為安徽省淮南市經開區洛九路西側、長寧路南側地塊，土地面積為114,547.89平方米，該地塊的國有建設用地使用權已由公司於2020年10月競得。
安徽振德計劃在上述地塊建設生產車間、物流倉庫等建構築物9.69萬平方米，並配套輔助生產系統。建構築物建設完成後，對除公司全資子公司河南振德醫療用品有限公司外的公司旗下醫用繃帶生產線將搬遷至新生產車間，併購置行業內先進的新型醫用繃帶生產設備和後處理設備，對現有生產線進行升級擴產，項目建成達產後，整體將形成2.6億卷醫用繃帶產品(醫用彈性繃帶、醫用紗布繃帶、自粘繃帶等)的生產能力。項目總投資3.34億元(含土地、未含搬遷設備)，其中固定資產投資3.04億元，流動資金3000萬元。經公司初步測算，此次投資項目財務內部收益率為24.00%，投資回收期為5.07年。項目建設期約為18個月。
近年來，公司業務規模保持了快速增長，其中2020年前三季度繃帶類產品實現收入1.92億元，較上年同期增長14.90%。此投資項目生產基地將通過生產設備升級、生產整合以及精益製造、自動化、信息化等技術手段應用，建立高水平、高標準的生產體系，從而在擴大公司醫用繃帶類產品產能同時，降低生產成本，提高生產效率和產品品質，並利用公司現有市場、渠道和品牌優勢，進一步鞏固和提升公司在壓力治療和固定產品領域的行業領先地位，提升公司業務規模和盈利能力。
