传3nm制程难度增 台积电、三星量产或延一季
据台湾传媒报道,台积电(TSM.US)及三星电子(SMSGF.US)之前宣布3nm晶片的计划,惟市场消息指台积电采用的技术进度出现延迟,而三星亦面对困难,消息指正式量产时间或延後一季,台积电11月下旬举行南科晶圆18厂3nm厂新建工程上梁典礼,并已通知设备供应链将在明年第三季中正式开厂,设备会按计划入厂装机。
