公司解釋,這主要是由於宏觀經濟及油氣行業週期變化的因素導致集團工程建設項目推遲及放緩;疫情延續及全球貿易因素帶來材料及設備交付延遲,並勞動力資源出現短缺及跨境動遷,導致集團個別進行中項目的毛利率下降;根據國際財務報告準則計提之金融及合約資產減值撥備增加;本年度確認了按公平值計入損益的金融資產的公平值損失;及年內會計政策變動導致相關折舊費用增加等原因所致。
