光明地產(600708.SH)完成收購桐廬飄鷹置業100%股權且承擔相應債權
格隆匯12月30日丨光明地產(600708.SH)公佈,光明房地產集團股份有限公司全資子公司農工商房地產(集團)有限公司以5955.06萬元人民幣協議收購桐廬飄鷹置業有限公司100%股權且承擔相應債權(即人民幣5.699億元),本次關聯交易的收購總金額為人民幣6.29億元。截至本公吿日,根據相關規定所需辦理的工商變更登記手續已完成。
本次關聯交易完成後,光明房地產集團股份有限公司持有桐廬飄鷹置業有限公司100%股權,桐廬飄鷹置業有限公司納入光明房地產集團股份有限公司合併報表範圍,經初步測算,預計本次交易完成將為光明房地產集團股份有限公司2020年度增創歸母淨利潤約為人民幣0.4億元。
