中國軟件(600536.SH):子公司擬1億元轉讓邁普通信13.36%股份予中國長城
格隆匯12月30日丨中國軟件(600536.SH)公佈,公司子公司中軟系統擬通過協議轉讓方式將其持有的邁普通信約3120.94萬股股份(佔股本總額的13.36%)以約1億元的價格(3.216325元/股)轉讓給關聯方中國長城。交易完成後,中軟系統還持有邁普通信約4441.13萬股股份(佔股本總額的19.01%),邁普通信仍為中軟系統的參股公司。
此次出售資產的關聯交易,有利於優化公司資產結構,提高資產流動性,並集中力量發展當前重點業務,促進公司網信業務發展。
此次中軟系統轉讓邁普通信約3120.94萬股股份,收回資金約1.0億元,實現投資收益1628.41萬元,預計對公司淨利潤貢獻1143.14萬元。
