大型科技股今日集体反弹，北水资金继续抢筹。腾讯(00700)、美团-W(03690)分别获净买入50.14亿、12.1亿港元。消息面上，国泰君安指出，反垄断并非是政策“黑天鹅”，对市场风险偏好影响有限。部分投资者担忧会对市场风险偏好有较大的负面影响。国泰君安认为，从另一个维度看，未来的方向有助于理顺商业关系以及竞争关系，推动强监管金融领域补齐监管盲区，推动社会资源更多的向科技制造业以及民生转移，促进社会福利的改进。
芯片股亦获内资追捧，华虹半导体(01347)、中芯国际(00981)分别获净买入4514万、823万港元。消息面上，中信建投预计，随着全球12寸晶圆代工产能吃紧加重，其他厂商或会相继取消折扣，供不应求的情况将持续到明年上半年。同时半导体晶圆代工价格上涨也带动相关产业链，如材料、封测、芯片价格上涨。此外，根据TrendForce集邦咨询旗下半导体研究处表示，预估2020年全球晶圆代工产值将达846亿美元，年成长23.7%，成长幅度突破近十年高峰。同时，预估2021年晶圆代工产值可望再创新高，年成长近6%。
中国移动(00941)获净买入3.45亿港元。消息面上，近日工信部向三家基础电信运营企业颁发了为期十年的5G频率使用许可，同时许可部分现有4G频率资源重耕后用于5G，此举是推动5G网络规模部署和高质量发展的重要举措。
微盟集团(02013)获净买入1.07亿港元。消息面上，微盟旗下智慧零售和微商城解决方案对接视频号直播正在内测中，微盟商家今后可在视频号展开直播卖货及挂载微盟小程序商城宣传导流。此外，根据联交所最新权益披露资料显示，12月18日，微盟集团获小摩增持约291.4万股，每股均价12.4265港元，涉资约3621.6万港元。
长城汽车(02333)获净买入8515万港元。消息面上，近日，长城汽车5G车载无线终端获得了工信部颁发的“无线电发射设备型号核准证”，这是全球首家也是唯一一家达到量产销售状态，并搭载5G的车载无线终端。该设备由东软集团为长城汽车独家定制开发，长城汽车具有独家使用权。
赣锋锂业(01772)再遭净卖出2.84亿港元。消息面上，赣锋锂业发布公告称，12月28日收到公司股东李良学、李华彪关于计划减持公司股份的告知函。李良学、李华彪计划自本公告发布之日起15个交易日后的6个月内，减持所持公司A股股份不超过25万股，占公司总股本的0.0186%。今日赣锋锂业A股封跌停，H股收跌9.02%。
此外，舜宇光学(02382)、吉利汽车(00175)分别获净买入1.87亿、1912万港元。
