外電指北京有意削弱馬雲王國勢力 或藉機增持螞蟻
據《華爾街日報》引述中央官員及政府顧問消息指,北京有意削弱馬雲科技金融王國的勢力,並有機會增持其業務。螞蟻集團公布了重組的路線圖,並將回歸線上支付服務供應商的本業,惟盈利能力較高的投資及貸款業務將縮減。
消息指,由人行領頭的監管機構要求螞蟻成立獨立的金融控股公司,並需要遵守銀行的資本要求,或為國有銀行或其他受政府控制的機構打開大門,投資於螞蟻以加強其資本基礎。而社保基金、國家開發銀行及中金公司現時已是螞蟻的投資者。(el/a) ~
