思考樂教育(1769.HK)：擬回購不超過1億元用於股份獎勵，短期擾動無礙長期成長，維持“買入”評級

擬回購不超過1億港元用於股份獎勵
12月28日，公司公吿，股份獎勵計劃及根據股份獎勵計劃購買股份公吿，該計劃目的為(i)肯定及激勵若干合資格參與者作出的貢獻並給予獎勵，務求挽留繼續為公司持續營運及發展效力；(ii)吸引合適人員推動公司進一步發展；(iii)為若干合資格參與者提供直接經濟利益，以與公司建立長遠關係。
根據股份獎勵計劃購買股份董事會亦決議向受託人提供合計不超過1億港元用以於適當時間購買現有股份，並持有該等股份直至日後根據該計劃授出股份。
董事會相信，公司目前股價嚴重低估公司表現及相關價值，為購買股份用於日後根據該計劃授出股份提供良機，公司對業務前景充滿信心，購買的股份作為該計劃的股份，可用於日後持續激勵若干合資格參與者。
公司當前穩健的財務狀況讓本公司可向受託人提供必要的資金進行股份購買，同時為公司營運持續發展保持充足的財務資源。
加大研發投入，優化思考樂特色員工激勵
教育核心始終是內容，而教研則是支撐內容的重要支柱。思考樂教學研究院由200多名專業的教研人員組成，致力於課程體系，教材及教學方式的標準化。今年5月公司與全球最大的信息管理軟件及服務供應商—甲骨文達成戰略合作協議。甲骨文敏捷的數據分析平台，不但為公司提供即時準確的營運數據同時提供更多科學管理依據，以源源不斷的創新力提升客户洞察和分析能力，加強管理半徑及管理能力。
員工是集團最寶貴的資本，目前思考樂員工已超過4000人。在疫情期間團隊一路並肩奮鬥，團結共贏成為公司心中一致認同的核心理念。同時，公司推出具有思考樂特色的核心激勵機制，包括教師合夥人、校長管理裂變機制及期權合夥人制度，為老師、校長及核心管理層提供強有力激勵機制，為下一個十年發展打下了紮實的基礎。
維持盈利預測，給予買入評級
K12培訓資產具備較大成長空間，思考樂坐享大灣區人口紅利，管理團隊極富幹勁，合夥人制激勵到位，目前正處於快速成長階段，增長紅利快速釋放市值彈性較大。考慮到2020年疫情影響及快速開校短期對利潤影響，我們預計公司FY20-21年2億、2.8億，PE分別為28x、20x。
風險提示：市場競爭激勵，回購進度不及預期，核心高管流失，提價不及預期。
