中國春來(01969.HK):並表聯屬實體獲授1.4億元貸款融資
格隆匯12月30日丨中國春來(01969.HK)宣佈,於2020年12月30日,集團的並表聯屬實體之一河南商丘春來教育集團作為借款人與中原銀行商丘分行作為貸款人訂立授信合同。貸款人已同意向借款人提供金額為人民幣1.4億元的定期貸款融資,貸款期限為自2020年12月30日起計1年,年利率6.0%。
公吿稱,集團可透過訂立貸款協議拓寬融資渠道、補充其營運所需資金及優化集團的負債結構。
