基汇资本与财团夥伴完成收购太古城中心一座 宏利将加入为最大单一投资者
房地产私募基金管理公司基汇资本宣布,透过旗下管理基金及Schroder Pamfleet及中银人寿在内的财团夥伴,完成收购太古(00019.HK)及(00087.HK)及太古地产(01972.HK)旗下太古城中心一座。该座办公大楼的收购价为98.45亿港元,平均每平方尺收购价约15,609港元。
双方已於2020年11月9日签订有关销售购买协议。另外,宏利已与基汇资本签订最终协议,待满足惯常完成条件後,宏利将加入该财团为最大的单一投资者。
由即日起,基汇资本的资产管理团队将会负责监管太古城中心一座的营运,确保业务顺利交接以维持服务质素。
太古城中心一座於1997年建成,位於发展兴旺的港岛东区太古城中心商业区,为一座21层高的甲级写字楼,总建筑面积合共630,000平方尺,并设有通道直达太古港铁站和太古城中心商场。大楼高层租户可享维多利亚港海景景色。随着中环湾仔绕道开通,来往中环核心商业区亦更方便快捷。该座办公室大楼主要优质租户为金融机构、保险公司及跨国企业。
