重慶銀行(01963.HK):A股發行完成初步詢價 擬定發行價10.83元/股
格隆匯 12 月 30日丨重慶銀行(01963.HK)發佈公吿,公司首次公開發行不超過347,450,534股A股的申請已獲中國證監會證監許可[2020]3511號文核准。本次發行採用網下發行和網上發行相結合的方式進行。本次發行的保薦機構(聯席主承銷商)為招商證券,聯席主承銷商為中信建投證券(招商證券和中信建投以下合稱“聯席主承銷商”)。
本次發行的初步詢價工作已經完成,擬定的發行價格為10.83元/股,對應的2019年攤薄後市盈率為8.97倍(每股收益按照2019年度經會計師事務所審計的扣除非經常性損益前後孰低的淨利潤除以本次發行後總股本計算),高於中證指數有限公司發佈的“貨幣金融服務(J66)”最近一個月平均靜態市盈率6.37倍(截至2020年12月25日)。
