宏強控股(08262.HK)以1,300萬元售西貢土地65%權益
宏強控股(08262.HK)公布,附屬明凱投資計劃向買方旭升國際出售兩家合資公司為弘泰和鼎盛各65%股權,作價1,300萬元。
完成出售後,公司將不再持有上述合資公司的任何股份。該兩家合資公司主要持有位於西貢的空置土地,面積15.16萬平方英尺,計劃在土地上提供和開發休閒設施。
公司表示,考慮到項目可能需要數年時間才能獲得香港所有相關政府部門的適當批准,並發展為規模大、設施齊備的休閒場所,需時幾年後才能實現投資回報,因此決定將資源轉移至其他投資,以提高運用營運資金的效率。
