中船防務(00317.HK):會計估計變更,預計減少年度淨利潤及股東權益2600萬元
格隆匯 12 月 29日丨中船防務(00317.HK)公佈,公司於2020年12月29日召開第十屆董事會第三次會議和第十屆監事會第三次會議,審議通過了《關於會計估計變更的議案》,同意自2020年10月1日起,變更集團應收賬款和其他應收款(以下簡稱"應收款項")計提壞賬準備的會計估計。
此次會計估計變更採用未來適用法處理,預計減少集團2020年度的淨利潤及股東權益人民幣2600萬元,實際以經年審會計師審計的數據為準。此次會計估計變更自2020年10月1日起執行。
