大地国际集团(08130.HK)溢价逾倍发行代价股份购中国辐射检验业务60%股权
大地国际集团(08130.HK)公布,全资附属众投金服斥2,700万元人民币,收购标的公司之60%股权。相关公司於中国从事建设项目环境影响评价、竣工环境保护验收、技术谘询服务、辐射项目的检验检测及山西省辐射工作人员的初级培训。
代价中1,500万元人民币以现金支付,其余则以发行代价股份支付,代价股份7,568.15万股,占公司扩大後股本2.08%。代价股份发行价0.188元,较公司上一个交易日收市价0.087元溢价1.16倍。
