萬里揚(002434.SZ)擬投資8715萬元入股金華成泰農商銀行
格隆匯 12 月 28日丨萬里揚(002434.SZ)公佈，2020年12月22日，公司與金華金嶺造紙有限公司(“金嶺公司”)簽署了《股權轉讓協議書》，公司以人民幣約565.07萬元的價格收購金嶺公司持有的浙江金華成泰農村商業銀行股份有限公司(“金華成泰農商銀行”)約226.94萬股股份，轉讓完成後，公司持有金華成泰農商銀行0.48%股份。
同時，金華成泰農商銀行實施增資擴股，2020年12月28日，公司與金華成泰農商銀行簽署了《浙江金華成泰農村商業銀行股份有限公司股份認購協議書》，公司出資人民幣約8149.93萬元認購金華成泰農商銀行此次增資擴股股份中的3273.0631萬股。
金華成泰農商銀行完成增資擴股後，註冊資本從人民幣47266.6472萬元增加至75626.6372萬元。公司此次合計投資人民幣8715萬元，持有金華成泰農商銀行3500萬股股份，佔金華成泰農商銀行增資後註冊資本的4.63%。
如金華成泰農商銀行其他股東未全部認購增資擴股的股份，導致金華成泰農商銀行增資擴股後的註冊資本低於75626.6372萬元，公司的持股比例將會高於4.63%。公司將於金華成泰農商銀行實施完成增資擴股事項後及時履行信息披露義務。
