恆力石化(600346.SH):第四期員工持股計劃鎖定期將屆滿
格隆匯12月28日丨恆力石化(600346.SH)公佈,公司委託西藏信託有限公司設立“西藏信託-恆力石化第四期員工持股集合資金信託計劃”(“信託計劃”),該信託計劃通過大宗交易方式受讓公司回購專用證券賬户的股份5019.32萬股,佔公司總股本的0.71%,成交金額為695,677,752元(不含交易費),成交均價13.86元/股。上述股票按照規定予以鎖定,鎖定期自2019年12月30日起12個月。公司第四期員工持股計劃所持有的公司股票鎖定期將於2020年12月30日屆滿。
