建發國際(01908.HK)旗下物管業務建發物業(02156.HK)以介紹方式上市,周四(31日)起於主板掛牌上市,股份買賣單位將為每手1,000股。獨家保薦人為中金公司。
建發國際已於上周三(23日)通過,合資格建發國際股東將有權就於記錄日期每持有1股建發國際股份獲發1股公司股份,合共分派11.76億股。
分拆完成後,公司將不再為建發國際附屬,廈門建發、建發股份、建發房地產、益鴻及益能將成為一組公司控股股東。
