綠葉製藥(02186.HK)與阿斯利康再度戰略攜手 積極推進心血管及腫瘤領域的深度合作
綠葉製藥集團與阿斯利康共同簽署戰略合作備忘錄，雙方將積極探索在心血管及腫瘤領域的深度合作，圍繞綠葉製藥(02186.HK)在心血管領域的天然藥物血脂康®膠囊、腫瘤領域的創新制劑力撲素®以及綠葉製藥旗下山東博安生物技術有限公司開發的抗腫瘤生物藥貝伐珠單抗注射液(LY01008)，希望在市場覆蓋、渠道拓展、醫學研究、國際合作等方面能整合雙方優勢資源，助推優質創新藥品惠及更多中國乃至全球患者。

血脂康®、力撲素®、貝伐珠單抗注射液(LY01008)是綠葉製藥在心血管及腫瘤領域自主研發的核心產品/在研產品。其中，血脂康®是國內唯一有臨牀硬終點獲益的天然調脂藥物，並已完成美國食品藥品監督管理局(FDA)二期臨牀研究。力撲素®是首個商業化的紫杉醇脂質體制劑，也是目前全球唯一上市的紫杉醇脂質體制劑，用於治療乳腺癌、非小細胞肺癌和卵巢癌。貝伐珠單抗注射液(LY01008)用於治療晚期、轉移性或複發性非小細胞肺癌和轉移性結直腸癌，該在研產品已於2020年4月在中國申報上市申請。
根據戰略合作備忘錄，綠葉製藥與阿斯利康將在現有合作基礎上積極探索未來合作的方向，希望在合作的深度和廣度方面能有進一步地提升。在心血管領域，雙方將在目前已有的全球範圍內商業化合作的基礎上，圍繞互聯網醫療及線上渠道拓展探討更多創新推廣模式，進一步提升血脂康®膠囊的患者用藥可及性。在腫瘤領域，雙方將探討如何聯合各自優勢，進一步深化力撲素®在廣闊區域和細分市場的覆蓋，並將就該產品後續的臨牀學術研究方面的合作機會加強溝通。此外，雙方還將就綠葉製藥另一大腫瘤在研產品LY01008與阿斯利康抗腫瘤藥物開展臨牀聯合用藥研究進行深入探討，並積極探索LY01008在中國以外的各大國際新興市場的合作空間。
