仁東控股(002647.SZ)：連續3個交易日內收盤價跌幅偏離值累計超過20%
格隆匯 12 月 27日丨仁東控股(002647.SZ)公佈，公司的股票交易價格連續3個交易日內(2020年12月23日、2020年12月24日、2020年12月25日)收盤價格跌幅偏離值累計超過20%。根據《深圳證券交易所交易規則》的相關規定，屬於股票交易異常波動情況。
現將前期相關事項説明如下：
2020年12月17日，公司發佈《關於控股股東及一致行動人被動減持股份的預披露公吿》，鑑於股價波動、兩融業務到期以及潛在質押違約處置風險的影響，控股股東北京仁東信息技術有限公司及一致行動人東仁東(天津)科技有限公司所持有的公司部分股份可能發生被強制平倉的風險。2020年12月19日，公司發佈《關於控股股東及一致行動人股份被動減持進展暨減持比例超過1%的公吿》，北京仁東信息技術有限公司及一致行動人仁東(天津)科技有限公司所持公司股份合計被動減持965.36萬股，佔公司總股本的1.72%。除上述已減持的股份數量外，不排除債權人繼續對作為擔保品的股票進行平倉處置的風險。
2020年11月18日，公司發佈《關於公司權益變動暨控股股東、實際控制人發生變更的提示性公吿》，公司控股股東正式變更為北京仁東信息技術有限公司，實際控制人變更為霍東。針對本次權益變動事宜，公司回覆了深圳證券交易所的相關問詢，並於2020年11月25日發布《關於深圳證券交易所對公司關注函回覆的公吿》。
2020年10月30日，公司發佈《關於銀行貸款逾期的公吿》，針對貸款逾期問題，公司積極與興業銀行溝通協商，大股東仁東信息也大力支持公司解決債務問題。截至目前，公司已經償還0.8億元。近期公司擬向興業銀行申請續貸，具體詳見2020-120號《關於擬向興業銀行申請續貸暨銀行貸款逾期的進展公吿》。
2020年7月7日，公司發佈《關於公司涉及相關訴訟的公吿》，截止目前，公司對涉及的金融借款合同糾紛暨擔保事項正積極應訴，該事項尚處於向法院提交證據、委託鑑定等環節。
經向公司管理層、控股股東、實際控制人詢問，不存在關於公司應披露而未披露的重大事項或處於籌劃階段的重大事項。
