鄭煤機(00564.HK):擬向銀行申請中長期流動資金貸款合計6億元
格隆匯 12 月 25日丨鄭煤機(00564.HK)公佈,公司第四屆董事會第二十七次會議決議,審議通過《關於向銀行申請中長期流動資金貸款的議案》;同意公司向中國建設銀行河南省分行申請中長期流動資金貸款4億元人民幣、向中國銀行河南省分行申請中長期流動資金貸款2億元人民幣。以上兩項貸款期限均不超過3年,為信用貸款,無擔保措施。貸款利率均低於一般同期貸款利率,具體以合同約定為準。
董事會授權公司財務總監簽署相關合同,財務部門負責具體組織實施。
