中國重汽(000951.SZ)擬核銷相關應收賬款2839.48萬元
格隆匯12月25日丨中國重汽(000951.SZ)公佈,公司於2020年12月25日召開第八屆董事會2020年第六次臨時會議和第八屆監事會2020年第五次臨時會議,審議並通過《關於公司核銷相關應收賬款的議案》。經過認真審核,對已確認無法收回的相關應收賬款進行核銷,此次9筆應收賬款總計人民幣約2839.48萬元,賬齡均較長,且經公司相關部門多方催收、全力追討,確認已無法收回,為客觀、公允、謹慎的反映公司的資產狀況、經營成果,對其進行核銷。
