格隆匯12月25日丨道森股份(603800.SH)公佈,截止本公吿日,公司控股股東的一致行動人科創投資持有上市公司股份468萬股,佔公司總股份的2.25%。上述股份全部來源於公司首次公開發行股票前取得的股份。
科創投資由於自身資金需求,擬以大宗交易方式減持所持公司的股份。將於本公吿披露之日起3個交易日後的6個月內,減持公司股份不超過468萬股,即減持不超過公司總股份的2.25%。在任意連續90個交易日內,減持股份的總數不超過公司股份總數的2%。
