新股配售 | 瑞麗醫美一手中籤率3%，甲尾慘敗，公開認購386倍，國配1.1倍，保薦人今年"妖股多"
uSMART盈立智投12月24日消息，瑞麗醫美今日公佈中籤及配售結果，並將於今日下午14:15-16:30進行暗盤交易。
【配售小結】
①甲尾跑輸乙頭：瑞麗醫美的申購人數約13.8萬，一手中籤率3%，申購400手穩中1手，甲尾僅穩1爭2，而乙頭穩33爭34。
②散戶佔比50%：國際配售中已超額分配51,370,000股股份，有15%的綠鞋子彈，穩價人是創陞證券，但是回撥後，公開佔比高達50%，假設不幸破發，綠鞋的作用或非常微弱。
③保薦人今年多"妖股"：創陞證券，近兩年保薦了11個項目，7漲3跌1平，今年以來的代表項目有：科利實業控股（首日漲230%）、濠江機電（首日漲186%）、智中國際（首日漲176%），但是後來均出現暴力洗倉的情況，股價均腰斬。最新一個保薦項目是小家電股Vesync，首日收漲59.42%，上市以來累計漲幅高達120%。

5、公開認購倍數：約386倍（甲組：561.7倍，乙組：210.1倍）
6、國際發售：1.1倍，合共149名承配人，前25名承配人合共鎖定49.9%的發行股份
7、回撥情況：最大比例回撥，最終公開的比例爲50%，國配的比例爲50%
8、超額配股權：國際配售中超額分配51,370,000股股份，有綠鞋
9、穩定價格操作人：創陞證券，穩價結束日2021年1月17日
10、基石投資者：昊海生物科技(禁售期12個月)、途益香港(禁售期6個月)合共鎖定21.9%的發行股份
