競業達(003005.SZ)：聯手銀河水滴等成立合資公司 致力於先進技術和業務場景融合
格隆匯12月25日丨競業達(003005.SZ)宣佈，公司於2020年12月24日召開了第二屆董事會第七次會議，審議通過了《關於投資設立鯤鵬凌宇(天津)科技合夥企業(有限合夥)並簽署相關投資協議的議案》、《關於投資設立中科貓頭鷹(北京)科技有限公司並簽署相關投資協議的議案》。
公司擬由全資子公司北京競業達信息科技發展有限公司(簡稱“競業達信息”)與銀河水滴科技(天津)有限公司(簡稱“水滴天津”)簽訂協議，在天津市共同出資設立一家有限合夥企業鯤鵬凌宇(天津)科技合夥企業(有限合夥)(簡稱“鯤鵬凌宇”)。
鯤鵬凌宇成立後，公司擬與銀河水滴科技(北京)有限公司(簡稱“銀河水滴”)及鯤鵬凌宇簽訂協議，在北京市海淀區共同出資設立一家有限責任公司中科貓頭鷹(北京)科技有限公司(簡稱“合資公司”)。鯤鵬凌宇作為持股平台，未來將引入研發、管理等方面的優秀人才，進行股權激勵。
中科貓頭鷹(北京)科技有限公司經營範圍包括技術開發、技術轉讓、技術諮詢、技術服務、技術推廣；計算機信息系統集成；軟件開發；基礎軟件開發；應用軟件開發；運行維護服務；數據處理等。銀河水滴、公司及鯤鵬凌宇出資金額分別為800萬元、800萬元及400萬元，分別佔比40%、40%及20%。
銀河水滴是專注於計算機視覺與視頻大數據分析的人工智能企業。銀河水滴由中科院自動化所孵化，科研傳承自中科院自動化所、四院院士譚鐵牛，創始團隊在人工智能領域有20多年技術積累，多次獲得國內外計算機視覺競賽冠軍，獲得國家自然科學獎、國家科學技術進步獎、國家技術發明獎三項中國最高科技大獎。2019年銀河水滴獲得“世界人工智能大會”最高獎項——卓越人工智能引領者獎。
人工智能、數據驅動、業務引領、平台建設是公司未來發展的重點方向，公司此次以自有資金，與銀河水滴共同設立合資公司，致力於先進技術和業務場景的融合。合資公司將充分依託銀河水滴全球先進的步態識別技術和視覺檢測技術，將人工智能與公司主要業務領域深度融合，為智慧教育、智慧交通、智慧城市等領域提供高效的人工智能產品和技術。
