格隆匯 12 月 24日丨思捷環球(00330.HK)宣佈下列公司董事辭任：柯清輝將由2021年1月1日起辭任公司非執行董事及董事會非執行主席；李嘉士將由2021年1月1日起辭任公司獨立非執行董事；及Sandrine Suzanne Eleonore Agar ZERBIB 由2020年12月24日起辭任公司獨立非執行董事。
緊接柯清輝於2021年1月1日起辭任董事會非執行主席，邱素怡將獲委任為董事會代理執行主席，由2021年1月1日起生效。
亦宣佈下列委任，由2020年12月24日起生效：委任 DALEY Mark David為公司執行董事及總裁兼行政總裁；委任萬永婷為公司執行董事及產品開發總裁；及委任 William Nicholas GILES 為公司獨立非執行董事。
同日宣佈董事會轄下的委員會組成之下列變更：ZERBIB女士 辭任董事會轄下的薪酬委員會主席及審核委員會和風險管理委員會成員，由2020年12月24日起生效；GILES 先生獲委任：(a) 董事會轄下的薪酬委員會主席及審核委員會成員，由2020年12月24日起生效；及 (b) 董事會轄下的風險管理委員會主席及提名委員會成員，由2021年1月一日起生效；鍾國斌獲委任董事會轄下的風險管理委員會成員，由2020年12月24日起生效；柯清輝辭任董事會轄下的提名委員會主席及常務委員會成員，由2021年1月1日起生效；李嘉士辭任董事會轄下的風險管理委員會主席及提名委員會和薪酬委員會成員，由2021年1月1日起生效；邱素怡辭任董事會轄下的風險管理委員會成員及獲委任董事會轄下的提名委員會主席，由2021年1月1日起生效；DALEY 先生獲委任董事會轄下的常務委員會成員，由2021年1月1日起生效；及萬永婷獲委任董事會轄下的風險管理委員會和常務委員會成員，由2021年1月1日起生效。
另宣佈，公司授權代表之下列變更，由2021年1月1日起生效：柯清輝辭任公司授權代表；及邱素怡獲委任公司授權代表。
