五連板的鄭州煤電(600121.SH)提示風險 12月17日起至今兩次觸及異動
格隆匯 12 月 24日丨連續5個漲停的鄭州煤電(600121.SH)公佈，近期，公司股票出現了較大幅度波動，自2020年12月17日起至此次公告披露日，公司股票價格最高7.08元，最低3.95元，漲跌幅70.19%，換手率119.98%，兩次觸及異動，公司分別於12月21日和12月23日發佈了異動公告(詳見公司臨2020-043、044號公告)。現將近期行業和公司今年以來生產經營等情況説明如下：
一、近期行業情況
進入10月份以來，我國國民經濟運行延續穩定恢復態勢，煤炭工業需求有所增長。供給方面，受安全、環保監管力度加大對煤炭生產影響較大，短期內造成了煤炭市場供小於求的局面，煤炭供應出現了階段性緊張，但總體保持了穩定態勢。
二、公司前三季度業績虧損
前三季度，公司主要經濟指標受疫情和生產接替過渡影響，利潤與去年同期相比出現較大幅度下滑。2020年1-9月，公司共生產原煤530.51萬噸，銷售528.78萬噸，營業收入20.06億元，歸屬於上市公司股東淨利潤-4.07億元，基本每股收益-0.33元(詳細情況請參見公司前三季度定期報告)。
三、整改事項仍在推進
針對公司2019年度內部控制評價過程中發現的因三級子公司貿易合同糾紛事項導致公司合同管理循環內部控制存在重大缺陷問題，董事會高度重視，從全面加強內部控制出發，組織開展了內部自查整改（詳見公司第三季度報告），目前各項整改措施正在按計劃落實中。

2020年12月24日，公司股票收盤市盈率(滾動)為-6.8226倍、市淨率3.5300倍。由於公司前三季度虧損，市盈率不具有可比性，市淨率處於同行業較高水平，特別提醒投資者注意二級市場交易風險。
