潤邦股份(002483.SZ):以債轉股方式向潤邦海洋增資2億元完成
格隆匯12月24日丨潤邦股份(002483.SZ)公佈,2020年12月11日,公司召開第四屆董事會第三十二次會議審議通過了《關於以債轉股方式向全資子公司增資的議案》,同意公司將公司所持潤邦海洋2億元的債權轉作公司對潤邦海洋的長期股權投資資本金,形成註冊資本,使潤邦海洋註冊資本由10億元增至12億元。
公司於近日獲悉,公司上述以債轉股方式向潤邦海洋增資的事宜已辦理完畢,潤邦海洋已完成工商登記變更相關手續並領取了新的《營業執照》。潤邦海洋的註冊資本由10億元變更為12億元。
