拓爾思(300229.SZ)：子公司完成投資建設項目竣工驗收備案並結轉收入、註銷房地產開發企業暫定資質證書及變更經營範圍
格隆匯 12 月 23日丨拓爾思(300229.SZ)公佈，近日，公司收到全資子公司成都拓爾思信息技術有限公司(“成都子公司”)的通知，成都子公司投資建設的西部區域總部及大數據研發和運營服務基地項目已完成竣工驗收備案並結轉收入，成都子公司已註銷房地產開發企業暫定資質證書，變更了經營範圍，換髮了《營業執照》，具體情況如下：
一、關於成都子公司投資建設項目完成竣工驗收備案並結轉收入的情況
2020年12月22日，成都子公司收到成都高新區公園城市建設局出具的《成都市建設工程並聯並行竣工驗收及備案申請表》(備案編號：CGGJ(2020)NJJG070)。經相關部門並聯竣工驗收，成都子公司投資建設的西部區域總部及大數據研發和運營服務基地項目完成竣工驗收備案。
鑑於該項目的配建商業用房已於2018年下半年、2019年度全部預售完畢並取得相關轉讓款項，於2020年12月完成整體項目竣工驗收備案等後續工作，該項目結轉收入3.98億元(不含税，上述金額未經審計，具體金額以公司2020年年度報告為準)。
二、關於成都子公司註銷房地產開發企業暫定資質證書的情況
成都子公司於2020年12月23日已註銷房地產開發企業暫定資質證書。
三、關於成都子公司變更經營範圍的情況
因不存在其他房地產開發業務後續發展計劃及銷售行為，成都子公司在經營範圍中刪除房地產開發經營及資產管理相關營業範圍，其他工商信息不變，並於近日完成了相關工商變更登記手續，取得了成都高新技術產業開發區市場監督管理局換髮的《營業執照》，變更後的《營業執照》基本信息如下
企業名稱：成都拓爾思信息技術有限公司；經營範圍：一般項目：技術服務、技術開發、技術諮詢、技術交流、技術轉讓、技術推廣；計算機系統服務；數據處理服務；計算機軟硬件及輔助設備批發；計算機軟硬件及輔助設備零售；電子產品銷售；通訊設備銷售(除依法須經批准的項目外，憑營業執照依法自主開展經營活動)。
