中鐵裝配(300374.SZ)：兩項產品獲得北京市新技術新產品證書
格隆匯 12 月 23日丨中鐵裝配(300374.SZ)公佈，近日，公司產品“裝配式木塑集裝箱房”、“裝配式內牆裝飾掛板”獲得北京市科學技術委員會、北京市發展和改革委員會、北京市經濟和信息化委員會、北京市住房和城鄉建設委員會、北京市市場監督管理局和中關村科技園區管理委員會聯合頒發的北京市新技術新產品證書。
“裝配式木塑集裝箱房”以安全高效、綠色環保的裝配式鋼結構為骨架，具有很強的抗震、抗變形能力，密封性能好，堅固耐用。牆體以無機集料阻燃木塑複合一體化牆板為圍護結構，牆板填充隔音、防火的保温材料，牆板的內部裝飾面包覆了漂亮的花紋，免除了牆面的二次裝修，直接達到“免裝修”的效果。地板採用綠色環保0甲醛，具有優越防火、防水、防潮、耐磨性能的SPC鎖釦地板。目前，該產品已用於雄安新區建設者之家、新疆地區醫學觀察點、新疆地區疫情防控隔離區、北京某建設公司項目部等項目。
“裝配式內牆裝飾掛板”基材採用高分子化合物，經連續擠出加工成新型綠色環保板材，板材表面通過包覆成大理石或木紋等圖案，最後精加工而得。產品性能穩定，防火、防水、防蛀，使用過程中無翹曲變形。產品企口結構，安裝牢固，施工方便，省工省時，可替代市場上的油漆、塗料、牆壁紙、瓷磚等牆面裝飾材料，產品可回收再利用，不僅節約能源，而且不含甲醛、苯等有害物質，真正做到零碳、零排放。可以廣泛應用於家裝、辦公樓、商住樓、酒店、會所、娛樂場所、廚衞間等內牆面和吊頂裝飾。目前，該產品已實現批量銷售，並且以其技術品質優勢迅速進入市場，提升了公司產品的市場競爭力。
