大悦城地产(00207.HK)近18亿人币投得中国南昌地 作综合商务及住宅物业开发
大悦城地产(00207.HK)公布,间接全资附属公司上海鹏利以总代价17.96亿元人民币竞得地块的土地使用权。地块由三幅地块组成,总地盘面积约13.64万平方米,均位於中国江西省南昌市西湖区。
公司指,该地块位於南昌市黄金地段,属於南昌市城区黄金地段及交通枢纽的优越地理位置,因而其从策略角度被视为适合综合商务及住宅物业开发。
根据南昌市自然资源局的要求,上海鹏利将於中国南昌成立一间项目公司,该项目公司将於收购事项完成後持有该地块之权益以进行该地块的未来开发。
