大豪科技(603025.SH)：寧波嗶宏已完成私募投資基金備案 將對琥崧智能增資2000萬元
格隆匯 12 月 23日丨大豪科技(603025.SH)公佈，2020年11月6日，公司與甲峯投資、寧波和歆簽署了《寧波嗶宏實業投資合夥企業(有限合夥)合夥協議》，共同投資寧波嗶宏實業投資合夥企業(有限合夥)(“寧波嗶宏”)，基金出資額為10000萬元人民幣，其中公司作為有限合夥人認繳出資8500萬元人民幣，甲峯投資作為普通合夥人認繳出資1萬元人民幣，寧波和歆作為有限合夥人認繳出資1499萬元人民幣。公司與甲峯投資、寧波和歆均不存在關聯關係。
2020年11月9日，寧波嗶宏取得了寧波市江北區市場監督管理局核發的《營業執照》。2020年12月23日，寧波嗶宏根據《證券投資基金法》和《私募投資基金監督管理暫行辦法》等法律法規的要求，在中國證券投資基金業協會完成備案，並取得備案編碼為SNE975的《私募投資基金備案證明》，屬於合格私募投資基金產品。
2020年11月12日，寧波嗶宏與上海琥崧智能科技股份有限公司(“琥崧智能”)簽署了《增資協議》，寧波嗶宏擬對琥崧智能增資人民幣2000萬元。根據《增資協議》，寧波嗶宏在中國證券投資基金業協會完成私募投資基金備案為其繳付出資款的先決條件。基金在2020年12月23日已完成支付，完成支付增資款之日起十個工作日內完成本次增資的工商變更登記手續。
琥崧智能成立於2012年07月23日，主要從事精細化工、鋰電池、納米新型材料等行業自動化生產線的智能工廠解決方案及專用設備和軟件控制系統的生產研發，主要面向流體及粉體處理相關行業用户，致力於為客户打造傳統工業與自動化及“互聯網+”技術相融合的未來智能工廠。
公司主要業務為各類智能裝備提供完全自主知識產權電腦控制系統的研發、生產和銷售。目前公司正在籌劃重大資產重組事項，重組完成後，除上市公司原有業務外，上市公司業務將擴充至酒類、食品飲料、樂器等大消費領域，及應用於集成電路封裝、光電功能等新材料領域。琥崧智能專注於為全球用户提供流程工業智能工廠解決方案和高端智能裝備研發製造，主要面向鋰電材料、納米材料、精細化工等行業用户，致力於為用户打造傳統工業與自動化及“互聯網”技術相融合的未來工廠。
