致浩达控股(01707.HK)附属被法庭判处罚款
致浩达控股(01707.HK)表示,今年3月在九龙寿菊路斜坡维修工程的一宗致命事故中,附属土力资源於作为主要承包商,被由九龙城裁判法院发出违反若干建筑地盘(安全)规例(香港法例第59章I)及工厂及工业经营条例(香港法例第59章)共12张传票。
法院於12月21日召开聆讯,判处土力资源违反该等传票中工厂及工业经营条例(香港法例第 59 章)其中 3 条指控,并被判处罚款。公司表示,预期定罪记录将会被记录在劳工处,但不太可能对土力资源的营运及财务造成重大不利影响。
