谷歌与Facebook据报私下协议 不在网上广告工具上竞争
《华尔街日报》报道,Alphabet(GOOGL.US)旗下互联网搜寻巨擘谷歌(Google)及社交平台Facebook(FB.US)私下承诺在面对网上广告反垄断调查中相互合作。报道引述美国10个州份上周针对谷歌兴讼的未经删改文件,指谷歌及Facebook在2018年9月协议,Facebook不会与谷歌竞争网上广告工具市场,谷歌则在Facebook使用网上广告工具时获「特别待遇」。
报道引述有关文件指,谷歌及Facebook知悉有关协议未来或引发反垄断诉讼。谷歌发言人向《CNBC》表示,有关文件所提出的指控并不正确,并称谷歌与Facebook已在多年前公开双方的夥伴关系。
