甘化科工(000576.SZ)擬增加經營範圍“停車場管理、物業管理”
格隆匯 12 月 22日丨甘化科工(000576.SZ)公佈，公司於2020年12月22日召開第九屆董事會第三十五次會議，審議通過了《關於變更公司營業範圍及修改<公司章程>的議案》。
為了滿足公司經營發展需要，公司擬對公司經營範圍進行變更，增加經營範圍：“停車場管理、物業管理”，同時對《公司章程》中的相關條款進行修改，具體修改如下：
《公司章程》第十五條原為：經依法登記，公司經營範圍是：經營本企業和本企業成員企業自產產品及相關技術的出口業務；經營本企業和本企業成員企業生產、科研所需的原輔材料、機械設備、儀器儀表、零配件及相關技術的進口業務(國家限定公司經營或禁止進出口的商品除外；不單列貿易方式)；對外經濟技術合作業務。研發、生產、銷售：電源變換器、電源模塊、電子元器件、半導體集成電路及系統產品、計算機軟硬件開發、有色金屬合金、粉末冶金、食糖、紙漿、紙、酵母、酒精、建築材料、金屬材料(不含金銀)。機電及化工機械的製造加工，儀器儀表試驗及修理；技術開發。(依法須經批准的項目，經相關部門批准後方可開展經營活動。)

除以上修改內容外，《公司章程》其他內容未發生變化。
