火幣科技(01611.HK)旗下子公司獲美國內華達州授予信託公司牌照
12月22日，火幣科技控股有限公司(以下簡稱“火幣科技”；01611.HK)發佈公告，火幣科技間接全資子公司火幣信託公司(以下簡稱“火幣信託”)，近日已獲得美國內華達州工商部金融機構部門授予的信託公司牌照，以從事根據《內華達州修訂版成文法》第669章及其項下的法規及條例所界定的信託公司業務。
公告最後，火幣科技提醒投資者和用户，截至本公告日期，火幣信託尚未開始提供任何有關信託的服務，股東及潛在投資者欲買賣本公司股份時，務請審慎行事。
據悉，火幣信託是一家註冊在美國內華達州的零售信託公司，也是火幣科技間接全資子公司。火幣信託的團隊由一支常駐於拉斯維加斯的專業信託人才組成，首席信託官為西蒙·科利爾(Simon Collier)，Collier擁有30餘年金融從業經驗，曾擔任全球多家銀行的高管職務。
對於此次被授予信託公司牌照，Collier表示：“我們整個團隊對於獲得內華達州信託牌照都感到非常興奮和激動。我們堅信，在火幣科技專業的分佈式賬本技術支持下，未來火幣信託將在符合監管的條件下努力開發業務發展的無限可能。”
Aja Heise是火幣信託的首席合規官，Heise曾在拉斯維加斯當地的一家信託公司擔任首席合規官，現在負責火幣信託合規業務的推進。Heise在《銀行保密法》(BSA)和《反洗錢》(AML)領域擁有非常豐富的知識和經驗，此外，在數字資產託管和區塊鏈技術等新興業務垂直領域，Heise也擁有很多BSA準則設計經驗。
Heise表示：“很高興可以加入火幣信託團隊，並帶頭推動火幣信託合規業務的進程。“ Heise透露，火幣信託的願景是通過僱傭最優秀的信託專業人才，同時提供一流的客户體驗，來創建合規業務的“黃金準則”。接下來，Heise將帶領團隊針對火幣信託的業務領域，以及與區塊鏈和數字貨幣相關的最新法規”量身定製“火幣信託的合規計劃。
據瞭解，火幣科技目前已對火幣信託進行了大量資本投入，並運用其在區塊鏈和分佈式賬本技術領域先進的技術經沉澱和管理經驗，來抓住參與內華達州金融科技創新的增量機會。除了積極開發信託產品和信託服務之外，瞭解和學習當地區塊鏈技術的發展現狀和特點，與當地政府和企業建立戰略合作，也是當前火幣科技在內華達州的首要目標之一。
內華達州一直是全球博彩業和創新事業的領跑者，近段時間，內華達州已經成為區塊鏈和金融技術發展的全球樞紐。內華達州為區塊鏈技術和產業提供了非常友好的政策環境，2017年，內華達州批准立法，禁止區塊鏈徵税，成為美國第一個批准禁止地方政府對使用區塊鏈技術徵税法案的州；2019年，內華達州通過了監管沙箱立法，旨在促進該州的區塊鏈投資和企業家精神。
