澳竞争及消费者委员会不批准谷歌收购Fitbit
澳洲反垄断机构否决Alphabet旗下谷歌(Google)对智能手带生产商Fitbit的21亿美元收购案。
澳洲竞争及消费者委员会早前对有关并购表达关注,警告谷歌的收购将使公司取得太多个人资料,可能损害健康及网络广告市场竞争。委员会主席Rod Sims发表声明,纵使欧盟委员会近日已接纳有关并购,但不认为对谷歌并购後的行为可有效地监察与执行,且美国司法部亦未批准有关收购。
委员会将於明年3月25日再就有关并购作出判断。
